Bethlehem Center is the North Star of the Highland Community

Since 1930, Bethlehem Center has been a resource hub for the Highland community that supports, strengthens, and inspires individuals and families, and facilitates opportunities for personal and community advancement.

Why Highland?

Spartanburg County remains in the bottom 10% of the US counties for economic mobility. In the Highland neighborhood, children are seven times more likely to grow up in a single-parent household, and 27% of the population is children below the age of 10.

The Highland neighborhood is currently undergoing a change, as outlined by the Highland Neighborhood Transformation Plan.

Highland Neighborhood Association
